This was my submission for ISTD 2011. Flatland is a late 19th century novella written by Edwin A. Abbott. The book at its core is about a world that has only 2 dimensions and the residents of this world are simple 2 dimensional geometric shapes. The story is about a character name A. Square, who introduces the readers to Flatland and how it works.
The chapters in this booklet focus on the idea of a possible third dimension outside of Flatland. A. Square is visited by a Sphere from Spaceland who tries to introduce his world to him, A. Square struggles to comprehend the possibility of a Third Dimension.
